First Annual UA Drone Day

March 23, 2022 at The University of Arizona

Overview

The objective of Drone Day is to bring together and build a community of people at and around UA who are using or interested in using unoccupied aerial vehicles (UAVs) in research and other academic activities.

This will be an opportunity to share research problems and opportunities, discuss tools and protocols, and learn about local resources.

The first drone day will include a morning of talks, lunch, and an afternoon at Bear Down field to show equipment and fly drones.

Registration

  • register to attend
  • submit a talk (Deadline Monday March 21, only title is required)
  • request to display equipment
